Gather Food & Wine is the culmination of chef Tom Tilbury's passion for "gathering" wild and local ingredients with his love of providing a unique food experience. Helping Tom with this adventure is wife Sarah, who was brought up on an organic farm on the Limestone Coast. Together, the two share an enthusiasm for local produce and making the most of what’s around them.
They have recently relocated to the Adelaide Hills after three successful Summer seasons running Gather Food and Wine as a restaurant out of an 1850's wool-store in beautiful Robe in the Limestone Coast, South Australia.

Now with a young family in tow, they are focusing their passion on private dining experiences & catering. Servicing Adelaide and regional South Australia they aim to tailor menus to their individual clients.
